They were together, then apart, then together again, and then apart again.  Yes, together they have been known as “Bennifer” over the years, but sadly, yet again, they are no more.  We are talking about Jennifer Lopez (#1 FEAR) and Ben Affleck (#13 FCIR).  It was years ago when we wrote about the break-up between Jennifer and former husband Marc Antony (#13 FCIR), a marriage that lasted some 7 years, but for Ben and Jen, unfortunately, it’s only been two.  Some friends have cited Affleck’s unstable behavior, but very few at this point know the reasons.

Lopez in the past has often reiterated her belief in true love, though she has yet to find it.  “But I remain an eternal optimist about love. I believe in love, she stated some time ago.  Of course, #1 FEARs love to talk of, think of, and dream of love. As Jon Niednagel writes in Brain Types and Parenting“They are light-hearted, romantic and optimistic. They need to feel the love and care of others more than most Brain Types.” Interestingly, too, #1s are commonly the most physically loving of the 16 designs. A mere handshake is often not enough for them (women especially). They will be the first to wrap their arms around you in a strong embrace (depending on how well they know you). Lest we think this affectionate behavior all comes from the heart (triggered by the brain), remember Brain Typists, the primary motor cortex also plays a major role and not just triggering motor actions. All EAs (#1-4), are gross-motor dominant. They communicate dramatically with whole body/ large-muscle movements. Thus, their affection is greatly expressed in both word and body.

As for Lopez, remember that #1s live life from the heart (especially females).  Affleck, as a #13, takes a more logical, objective, Inanimate approach to life. At home, perhaps Affleck was not always as sensitive to J-Lo’s sudden bouts of emotion (or depression), which can be difficult for a #13 male to relate to.  Conversely, perhaps Lopez wasn’t as understanding of Ben’s more logical, perceived-to-be “cold” perspective as she could have been. Furthermore, both are Q1 Front-Right brainers, the quickest to react, and arguments can quickly erupt (and with a loud tone at that). Both designs can have big highs and big lows, with #1 females sometimes even being more stable than #13 males (which might be the case with Affleck according to some reports).  All this is speculation, of course, but even speculation from a Brain Type’s perspective often comes eerily close to the truth.

Needles to say, the situation is a sad one, revealing yet again that money, beauty, and glamour can’t buy happiness.
