Well, she’s got guts. No surprise, knowing her #15 FCIL design. We’re talking about NBC’s Megyn Kelly, and now multiple advertisers have told NBC that they don’t want to be anywhere near her upcoming interview with controversial media personality Alex Jones (#13 FCIR). In case you haven’t heard of Mr. Jones, he the leader of Infowars.com, which purportedly has millions of listeners and readers. As one author puts it, “He presents an extreme right-wing view of the world and espouses baseless and offensive conspiracy theories.” Some truth perhaps, although Jones has made several predictions before they’ve happened thanks to his ‘inside’ ties (including Matt Drudge of the Drudge Report).
After the uproar, Megyn tweeted, “POTUS has been on praising the AlexJones show. He’s giving InfoWars a WH press credential. Many don’t know him. Our job is 2 shine a light.”
Kelly’s ratings have been dropping at a steady pace since leaving FoxNews for NBC, and perhaps the interview is meant to stir things up a bit. The interview is set to air this Sunday.
